Dipl. Ing. Karim El-Ishmawi // concept and communication
Karim attended the Technical University in Berlin and the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago majoring in architecture. In the course of his college years, he worked with Alsop & Stoermer Architects in Hamburg, with Dan Pearlman Event & Brand Architecture in Berlin as well as with Liederbach & Graham Architects in Chicago. In cooperation with Chris Middleton, he received several awards for film and architectural design contest entries focusing on experimental urban design and futuristic visions.
Dipl. Ing. Martin Jacobs // construction management
A cabinetmaker by trade, Martin attended the Technical University Berlin majoring in architecture. Having been trained by Berlin’s master craftsman Pasch, Martin worked as a model maker for over six years for the renowned model shop Hammerschmidt. During his college years, Martin participated in several architectural design competitions under the guidance of Kaiser Architects and Axel Schultes Architects in Berlin. For KCAP Rotterdam he worked on urban design projects.
Dipl. Ing. Christopher Middleton // concept and planning
During his years at the Technical University Berlin and the University of the Arts, Chris he was able to immerse himself into the daily routine at several architectural firms such as Modersohn & Freiesleben in Berlin as well as with Coburn Architecture and Halsted Wells Associates in New York City. As a freelancer, he worked for several film and art projects. In cooperation with Karim El-Ishmawi, he received awards for film and architectural design contest entries focusing on experimental urban design and futuristic visions.
