Arkonaplatz 1
Two lavatory units are arranged as space dividing entities within the open floor plan. They concentrate storage space and promote the concept of an open loft without the need for hallways. The lavatory units are masked with an integrated storage wall with a linoleum surface towards the living room, whereas in the inside, a vault of wellness reveals itself.
The white kitchen units are covered with concrete slabs complementing the warm oak flooring in the otherwise openly furnished space oriented towards the sun. A continuous balcony stretches across the entire facade, transferring the lofty character outdoors.
