The re-opening of the 'Hardenberg House' - a landmarked office facility built in the 50s - was to be celebrated with a glamorous reception. The focus of the reception was to portray the Hardenberg House as a facility with future to potential tenants.
The concept KINZO developed drew on a combination of modern aesthetics as well as on design characteristics dating back to the time when the Hardenberg House established itself as one of the top addresses on Ernst Reuter Circus. Location for the event was an open office floor which was furnished and illuminated with careful attention to detail. One of the two circular bars formerly located in the 'Palace of the Republic', video installations of the artist-duo monitor automatique as well as glamour music of the renowned entertainer Louie Austen helped to create a very special ambience. Polite and well-dressed hostesses complemented the 50s feel of the evening and saw to it that the gala proceeded as intended.
